Op-Ed | NY Should Seek Energy Transition

Coalition Member Gregory Lancette, President of the New York State Pipe Trades Association and Central and Northern New York Building And Construction Trades, was featured in the Syracuse Post Standard this past May in a guest opinion piece.

In the article Lancette states, “If New York has any hope of achieving its clean energy goals in this decade and beyond, we must maintain reliability while being much more aggressive in pursuing cleaner technologies like nuclear, hydrogen gas and geothermal, along with wind, solar and battery storage.”
