Support IPPNY’s 37th Fall Conference on NY’s Energy Future on September 14th
The Clean Energy Jobs Coalition encourages its members and interested organizations to attend the Independent Power Producers of New York’s (IPPNY's) 37th Annual Fall Conference on Wednesday, September 14 at the Saratoga Springs City Center in downtown Saratoga.
The keynote speaker for the conference is Dr. Michael Mehling, Deputy Director of the MIT Center for Energy and Environmental Policy Research and Professor at the University of Strathclyde Law School.
Attendees will also hear from New York State DEC Commissioner and Co-Chair of the Climate Action Council, Basil Seggos and Justin Driscoll, Interim President and Chief Executive Officer of NYPA.
In addition to these speakers, there will be a panel of experts who will discuss the availability of natural gas in New York and New England. The panel will be moderated by President & CEO of the Northeast Gas Association Charles Crews who will be joined by NEPGA President Dan Dolan, NYISO Executive Vice President Emilie Nelson and Vice President of Energy Supply for Eversource Energy James Daly.
This is an “in person” conference where attendees include energy industry executives, policy makers and members of the financial, legal, and labor communities.
